This Model 42 features a 28 inch barrel fitted with a solid flat filed rib and is choked Full, making it a superb choice for disciplined small bore shooting. The gun is stocked with a pistol grip walnut stock measuring 14 1/4 inches length of pull, with approximately 1 1/2 inches drop at comb and 2 1/4 inches drop at heel, with neutral cast. The proportions are classic and well balanced, contributing to the Model 42’s legendary handling characteristics.

The receiver is adorned with high quality game scene engraving on both sides, executed with depth, clarity, and strong artistic composition.
