Used Winchester model 1897, s/n 986xxx. Made in about 1953, 12ga, 30-inch barrel, full choke, bore bright and shiny. See photographs. Some loss of finish on magazine tube; a bit of loss of finish at muzzle, minor edgewear. No freckling or pitting. Original Winchester buttplate. Overall a very nice example of the takedown version of the model 97. The photographs should be viewed on a monitor that has good resolution. Happy to provide higher resolution photos or answer questions.
