The stock and forend retain the original finish and varnish. The wood and finish would rate a 97%. The barrel blue, magazine, and forend cap would also rate a 97%. The receiver would rate a 95%. The model 55 is a hard gun to find in this nice of condition or better. The take down feature is tight and has not been altered or adjusted in any way.
